What This Workbook Is
LION: The Reader's Workbook is a structured personal companion to the main text. It is designed for the individual who wants to move beyond reading and into application — working through the internal architecture of their own behavioral system using the LION Model as the operating framework.
Who It's For
This workbook is written for the individual reader: someone working through the main book on their own, someone in individual therapy who wants a structured self-inquiry tool, or anyone who prefers to do the reflective work privately before bringing it into a relationship context.
What You'll Work Through
The workbook moves through three of the six LION pillars that govern the internal system: Pressure, Capacity, and Identity. Each section pairs explanatory framing with structured exercises, reflection prompts, and pattern-mapping tools designed to surface the behavioral signatures that most people carry without knowing it.
How It Works
Each chapter of the main book has a corresponding workbook section. You can use them in sequence — reading a chapter, then working the companion exercises — or return to specific sections as you encounter relevant patterns in daily life. There is no correct pace. The work is the point.
Pillars Covered in This Workbook
Pressure
Map the internal and external forces currently compressing your behavior — and identify where the load is highest.
Capacity
Locate your structural ceiling: the point at which your behavioral system shifts from adaptive to reactive.
Identity
Surface the core operating assumptions about who you are — and trace how they shape the patterns you run automatically.
